Filmfare Middle East Celebrities, Influencers & Business Night 2026

This explains what we do with the personal information you give us when you register your interest in this event. You can read it without agreeing to anything.

   Who is responsible for your information

   New Heights Marketing Management, the organiser of this event, decides how and why your information is used in connection with it. New Heights Real Estate LLC presents the event and receives registration details as set out below, but does not decide how they are used. If you have a question about anything in this notice, write to info@nhre.co.in or to the event team at Office 1404, Le Solarium Tower, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

   What we collect

   From the registration form: your name, email address, phone number and country code, the category you choose, and — depending on which form you complete — your company name and trade licence number, or the social platforms you are active on, your follower range, and the links you share. We also record the date and time you submitted, the terms version you accepted, and technical details that come with any web request, such as your IP address and browser. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence.

   Why we use it

   To assess and respond to your registration; to contact you about this event and your registration; to verify details you have given us; to decide on attendance, categories and shortlists; to keep a record of the enquiry and of the consent you gave; to protect the form against spam and abuse; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Where we send you marketing about future events, we do that only if you have separately agreed to it.

   Who we share it with

   With the people working on this event who need it: our own staff, New Heights Real Estate LLC as the event’s presenter, and the event, media, production and venue partners engaged for it. With service providers who run the systems we use — hosting, email, messaging and customer-relationship tools — who act on our instructions. With the Filmfare Middle East brand owner where the event requires it. With authorities, the venue or advisers where the law, a permit or the venue's requirements oblige us. We do not sell your information.

   Where it is held

   Your information is held on systems operated for us, which may be located inside or outside the United Arab Emirates. Where information is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard and is only handled on our instructions.

   How long we keep it

   For as long as we need it for the purposes above — through this edition of the event and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer queries, honour a withdrawal request and keep a record of consent — and no longer than the law requires or allows. When we no longer need it, we delete it or render it anonymous.

   Your choices

   You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to a particular use, or withdraw a consent you have given — including your consent to be contacted. Write to info@nhre.co.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and in some cases we may need to keep a minimal record that you asked us to stop.

   Marketing

   We will only send you promotional messages about future events if you have ticked the separate, optional marketing box on the form, or otherwise told us you want them. It is never a condition of registering, it is never pre-ticked, and every message we send will include a way to stop receiving them.

9. 09

   Cookies and measurement

   This site uses only what it needs to work, together with measurement tools where they are configured, to understand how the page is used and how people arrive at it. Where such tools are in use they are identified in the page source and are subject to their providers' own policies.

    Security

    The form is served over an encrypted connection and submissions are stored on access-controlled systems. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information involved.

    Complaints, and changes to this notice

    If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, tell us first at info@nhre.co.in so we can try to put it right; you also have the right to raise the matter with the competent authority in the United Arab Emirates. This is version 2.0, effective 26 September 2026. If we change it, the version and date here will change with it.
