Please read these before submitting your registration. Registering records your interest — it is not a confirmation of entry, nomination, selection or partnership.

Who you are dealing with
The Filmfare Middle East Celebrities, Influencers & Business Night 2026 is organised by New Heights Marketing Management ("the organiser", "we", "us") and presented by New Heights Real Estate LLC. Your registration, and any confirmation or invitation that follows it, is with the organiser. These terms apply to your use of this website and to any registration you submit through it.
What you are registering for
Submitting this form registers your interest in the Filmfare Middle East Celebrities, Influencers & Business Night 2026. It does not constitute an entry, a nomination, a confirmed partnership, an invitation, or any guarantee of selection, award, listing or attendance. Award categories, eligibility rules and selection criteria are still being finalised and will be published separately.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to register. By registering you confirm that you are able to enter into these terms, and — where you are registering on behalf of a company or another person — that you have that organisation's or person's authority to do so. Registration and participation are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the rules of the venue, and any event rules the organiser publishes.
Information you provide
You confirm that the details you submit are accurate and are yours to share, and that any company, trade licence or representative details you enter are given with that organisation's authority. We may ask you to verify any of it before proceeding, and we may decline or withdraw a registration that cannot be verified.
Your personal data
What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it are set out in our Privacy Notice, which is a separate document and can be read without accepting these terms. In short: we use your details to assess and respond to your registration, to contact you about this event, and to keep a record of the enquiry.
Attendance and admission
Registering does not entitle you to attend. Attendance is by confirmation or invitation from the organiser, and may be limited by capacity, category or the venue's requirements. You may be asked to present photo identification, a confirmation reference or an invitation at the door, and the name on it must match the person attending. Confirmations and invitations are personal to you and may not be transferred, resold or passed on without our written agreement. The organiser and the venue may refuse or withdraw admission.
Nomination, selection and awards
Registering does not guarantee nomination, shortlisting, selection, recognition, listing, partnership or an award, and no communication acknowledging your registration should be read as conferring any of those. Decisions on eligibility, categories, shortlists and recipients rest with the organiser and any panel it appoints. Final eligibility and selection criteria will be published separately and will govern the process.
Photography, filming and recording
The event may be photographed, filmed, recorded or livestreamed. By attending, you accept that you may appear in that material, and you agree that the organiser and its appointed media and event partners may use it for promotional, editorial, press, website and social-media purposes relating to this and future editions of the event, without a fee. If you do not wish to appear, tell us in advance at info@nhre.co.in or speak to a member of the event team on the day, and we will take reasonable steps to accommodate you — though in shared spaces and wide shots we cannot guarantee exclusion. Separate arrangements apply to press and to anyone filming for their own channels; contact us before the event.
How to behave at the event
We ask everyone at the event to behave reasonably and lawfully. Harassment, threatening or abusive behaviour, discrimination, deliberate disruption of the programme, misuse of another person's credentials, and unauthorised selling, promotion or filming for commercial purposes are not acceptable, and nor is anything that breaches the venue's rules or UAE law. The organiser and the venue may ask anyone who does any of these things to leave, and may decline future registrations.
Changes, postponement and cancellation
Details of the event — including the date, the venue, the format, the programme, the categories, the participation options and the line-up — may change, and the organiser may postpone or cancel the event. We will publish changes on this website and, where we hold your details and the change affects you, tell you directly. Where the event is postponed, confirmations and invitations will ordinarily carry over to the new date. Nothing in this clause affects any right to a refund you may have under applicable law if you have paid to attend.
Intellectual property
The event name, marks and branding, and the text, graphics, images, layout and other material on this website, belong to the organiser or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Filmfare and Filmfare Middle East are used under the arrangements between the organiser and the brand owner, and nothing here grants you any right in them. Content you submit or link to remains yours — you keep ownership of it — and you grant us only the permission we need to review your registration and, where you have been selected or confirmed, to identify you in connection with the event.
Other websites and services
This website links to other services, and the event relies on some of them — social-media platforms, registration and ticketing systems, payment providers, venues and partner organisations. Those are run by other people, under their own terms and their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or their practices. Please read their terms where you use them.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care over this website and this event, but we do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach — for example lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss arising from a third party's act. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of the United Arab Emirates, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
These are version 2.0, effective 26 September 2026. We may update them; the version and effective date at the foot of this document always identify the text in force, and the version you accepted is recorded with your registration. Material changes will be published here before they take effect.
